斩获佳绩展现运动风采
本周的升旗仪式上，中学部的学生代表发表了题为《青春棒球梦，国家未来强》的演讲，唤起了全校师生对棒球运动的热情与向往。
尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家上午好！
Respected teachers and dear classmates, good morning everyone!
我们是来自校棒球队的同学，很荣幸能在国旗下发表演讲，今天我们演讲的题目是《青春棒球梦，国家未来强》。
We are students from the school baseball team, and it's our honor to give a speech under the national flag. The topic of our speech today is "Youth Baseball Dreams, Strengthening the Nation's Future."
“少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强。”百余年前，在中华民族生死危亡的关键时刻，梁启超先生寄希望于“少年”，发出了“少年强则国强”的呐喊，年轻的共产党人们吹响了救亡图存的号角，带领中国人民实现了民族独立。如今，在实现中华民族伟大复兴的征程中，“少年强则国强”这句话依然有着非常深刻的现实意义，广大青年更需要昂首阔步，奋发图强。
"If the youth are intelligent, the nation is intelligent; if the youth are wealthy, the nation is wealthy; if the youth are strong, the nation is strong." Over a hundred years ago, at a critical moment of life and death for the Chinese nation, Mr. Liang Qichao placed his hopes on the youth and issued the call that "if the youth are strong, the nation is strong." Young Communists sounded the horn for salvation and led the Chinese people to achieve national independence. Today, on the journey to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the statement "if the youth are strong, the nation is strong" still holds profound practical significance. The youth need more than ever to stride forward and strive to become stronger.
国家的未来，民族的希望，都寄托在我们年轻一代的身上。而我校的棒球运动，正是“少年强则国强”的最好写照。
棒球不仅是对力量和速度的挑战，更是对团队合作和智慧的考验。每一次击球、每一次跑垒、每一次守备，都需要队员之间的默契配合和精准判断。这正如我们伟大的祖国，在发展的道路上，需要每一个中国人的智慧与力量，众志成城，才能不断向前。
The future of our country and the hope of our nation rest on the shoulders of our young generation. And our school's baseball sport is the best reflection of "if the youth are strong, the nation is strong."
Baseball is not only a challenge of strength and speed but also a test of teamwork and intelligence. Every hit, every run, every defense requires the tacit/ˈtæsɪt/ cooperation and precise judgment of teammates. This is just like our great motherland, on the path of development, requires the wisdom and strength of every Chinese person. Only by uniting our wills can we continue to move forward.
棒球运动也不仅仅是对体能的考验，更是一种精神的较量。它教会我们面对困难不屈不挠，教会我们在失败中汲取经验、奋勇前行。而这种坚韧不拔、永不放弃的优秀品质，正是作为青年的我们对“少年强则国强”的最好诠释。
Baseball is not just a test of physical fitness; it is also a mental competition. It teaches us to be unyielding in the face of difficulties, to learn from failures and to bravely move forward. This resilience and never-give-up attitude is the best interpretation of the saying "if the youth are strong, the country is strong" as it applies to us as young people.
同时，棒球运动也教会我们责任与担当。在比赛中，每一个位置都有其特定的责任，只有每个人都尽职尽责，才能取得胜利。这就告诉我们无论身处何地，无论我们做什么，都应该承担起自己的责任，做一个勇于担当的青年。
At the same time, baseball also teaches us about responsibility and accountability. In the game, each position has its specific responsibilities, and only when everyone performs their duties can victory be achieved. This teaches us that no matter where we are or what we do, we should take on our responsibilities and be youths who are brave to shoulder them.
习近平总书记曾指出，中国梦是国家的梦、民族的梦，也是包括广大青年在内的每个中国人的梦。作为新时代的青少年，我们应该将我校的棒球精神融入到青春使命中，以饱满的热情和坚定的信念，去迎接每一个挑战、拥抱每一个机遇。我们要在学习上勤奋刻苦，不断追求卓越；在生活中积极向上，传递正能量；在社会实践中敢于担当，勇于奉献。
G eneral Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that the Chinese Dream is the dream of the country, the nation, and also the dream of every Chinese, including the vast number of youths. As the youth of the new era, we should integrate the spirit of our school's baseball into our youthful mission. With full enthusiasm and firm belief, we should meet every challenge and embrace every opportunity. We need to be diligent in our studies, continuously strive for excellence; be positive in life, spreading positive energy; and dare to take responsibility and courageously contribute in social practice.
得其大者可以兼其小，只有不断磨练自己,把人生理想融入到国家和民族的事业中，才能最终成就一番事业。让我们肩负起自己的使命，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴贡献自己的青春力量！我们的演讲到此结束，谢谢大家！

紧接着，一场重要的颁奖仪式在学校操场隆重举行，王校长与叶校长发表了激动人心的讲话，接着校领导们为在2024北京市第六届“猛虎杯”春季棒球比赛中取得优异成绩的棒球队员们颁发荣誉奖项。
此次比赛对于树人学校来说，无疑是一次展现实力与风采的重要舞台。在激烈的比拼中，树人学校棒球队员们凭借着出色的技战术水平和坚韧不拔的精神风貌，取得了令人瞩目的成绩。其中，学校U7 T-ball争先组荣获第二名，U8 T-ball精英组更是分别获得第五名和第二名，为学校赢得了荣誉。
值得一提的是，U8队伍的表现尤为出色。在短短的两个周末内，他们轮战了9场比赛，历经了与各学校实力强队的激烈对决。面对强大的对手，队员们没有退缩，而是勇往直前，积极拼抢，最终以9战7胜的优异成绩，成功获得了第二名的好成绩。这一成绩的背后，是队员们无数个日夜的辛勤付出和汗水浇灌的结果，也是教练们精心指导和团队默契配合的体现。
在颁奖仪式上，张伦熙同学成为了全场的焦点。他打出了本赛季第一个本垒打，震撼了全场观众。那一刻，他仿佛成为了全场的英雄，引领着树人学校棒球队向着更高的目标迈进。同时，本赛季U8组的4个本垒打全部来自树人学校，这一成绩充分展示了树人学校棒球运动员们的实力和风采。
这次优异的成绩，不仅是对树人学校棒球队员们辛勤付出的肯定，也是对全校师生的一次激励。它告诉我们，只要心中有梦，脚下有路，我们就能够不断超越自我，实现青春的价值。同时，这也彰显了树人学校以体育人、全面发展的教育理念，培养出了既具有文化素养又具备体育精神的优秀学子。
展望未来，树人学校棒球队将继续秉持着团结、拼搏、进取的精神，不断提升技战术水平，争取在更多的比赛中取得优异成绩。同时，学校也将继续加大对体育事业的投入和支持，为更多的学生提供展示自我、实现梦想的舞台。
这次2024北京市第六届“猛虎杯”春季棒球比赛的成绩，是树人学校棒球队员们用汗水和努力换来的荣誉，也是学校综合实力和教育教学成果的一次集中展示。我们期待着他们在未来的比赛中再创佳绩，为树人学校争光添彩！
